Early support from Ireland AM (Virgin MediaTV), BBC Introducing, BBC Radios London, Wales, Foyle and Ulster; RTE Radio 1, Amazing Radio, Gorgeous FM, Times Radio.

Describing himself as ‘a romantic football fan who writes songs’, Niall moved to London at 17 years old, working on building sites whilst doing acting auditions and playing gigs in Irish pubs to pay the rent. His irrepressible personality, songwriting ability and charismatic live shows quickly built him a devoted fan base for his original songs, as well as a role in the West End as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet. Film and TV parts followed, including starring opposite Pierce Brosnan and a major fight scene with Jackie Chan in ‘The Foreigner’.  He took the lead in award-winning feature film ‘Love Without Walls’, for which he also wrote the original soundtrack.

 

A live tour in Winter 2024/25 saw sold out shows in Glasgow, Birmingham, Bury, Bristol, London and Dublin. He has supported Louis Dunford, Melissa Ethridge, Declan O’Rourke, David Keenan, Junior Brother, The Dubliners, and The Wolfe Tones,and played Isle of Wight and Cambridge Folk festival, each time picking up legions of new fans. In the past year, his music has been added to over 6000 Spotify playlists, with over a quarter of a million listens.

 

Niall says “Playing to an audience is what makes music come alive for me.  I’m there to have fun and the audience are too.  I’m still quite new to the recording process so it feels less natural, but a stage is where I feel 100% at home.”

 

The second half of 2025 will be full on: Niall is releasing a run of singles ahead of the release of his debut album, Glass and Mirrors, in October 2025. Autumn 2025 also sees him feature in two brand new films on general release:  Niall plays Irish world cup team goalkeeper Alan Kelly in the feature film, Saipan’, starring Steve Coogan and Éanna Hardwicke. Niall also plays the lead in the romantic comedy One Night in Bath’.  If that wasn’t enough, he heads out on his biggest headline tour to date of 26 venues across UK & Ireland from October – December 2025.
